Josh Rice brings more than two decades of real estate, finance, and construction expertise to his role as a trusted and respected REALTOR® in the Prescott area. Having moved to Prescott in 1992, Josh has spent the past three decades building deep roots in the community and developing an exceptional understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, growth, lifestyle, and long-term market trends.

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Josh studied business finance and served as a commercial lender with a leading national bank. He later worked as a consultant in both the financial and medical sectors, developing a well-rounded skill set that blends market knowledge, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving. This background—combined with ongoing real estate education and hands-on industry experience—allows Josh to navigate every stage of a real estate transaction with confidence and precision.

Josh and his wife are proud to raise their family in the Prescott area. Their older son is currently attending the United States Naval Academy, and their younger son is in high school.
